First, you visit www.rss2jave.com and complete the form there, it is quite simple and basically, you just say which rss feed you want, and how you want it to be deisplayed. They then take that feed and turn it into java coding for you. Next, you create a marquee where your feed will be displayed and you tell your marquee how to react, ie, scroll up or scroll down etc.

Then you take the script you received from www.rss2java.com and you add that below your marquee. it will look something like this.
