South African Meat Industry Company Samic regulates the meat industry in South Africa. More specifically, they to standard controll and quality assurance at abbatoirs. Their previous website has been done in frames, which is being phased out by the web consortium. Old Site We have re-designed this site on a Joomla platform to allow the client full content management capabilities. We kept the look of he site clean and open, with a flash banner at the top. The client wanted a green site to conform with corporate colors and we broke the green with a neutral white-yellow website friendly color. We used two Joomla plug ins for this site. The first for the drop down navigation menu and the second for the gallery. New Website |
