When we received this project, the client had what I like to call, an "outsurance" logo. Since the start of outsurance, and subsequent direct short term companies, the colors used in their logo's became somewhat of a "thing" in South Africa, and every other company would have this bright purple and green or orange or pink in their logo.

The client asked if we could change their logo for them, so we designed a logo according to the clients image and taste. We then built the website around that logo.

The website was designed in static html, using simple list items for the navigation menus. The layout is a mix of tables and divs used together to create the body, container and contents.

The client then asked us to create a slogan for them. Creating a slogan is more than just sucking your thumb, although that could somtimes help too. When you create a slogan, you take all aspects of the company in mind, what they do, the services they offer, who they offer it to, who the company owners are. There is so many things that needs to be considered in order to get a slogan that fits the company, it's image and it's marketing ideals.
